Hey, my name is Mike Osterbauer & I am on staff serving at Root River as the lead pastor. My wife Krista and I met at North Central University in downtown Minneapolis. After we got married and finished school, we worked at a church in Iowa for five years and then came to Rushford in 2015. We have seven wonderful children and are so thankful for them. Josh & Kim Pedde - Ministry Director & Children's Director (Rushford)
Hi, we are Josh & Kim Pedde & we are both on staff at Root River. Josh, as the Ministry Director helping coordinate ministry & overseeing the office and Kim as the Children's Director at the Rushford location. Ammon Gingerich - Harmony Location Director
Hey, I am Ammon Gingerich and am thankful to serve as the Harmony Location Director. I help set up and oversee the ministry aspect at Harmony. My wife Cevilla and I grew up in the area and have a heart to see God continue to transform people lives. We have five amazing kids and are so blessed by them. Katlyn Evans - Children's Director (Harmony)
Hi, I'm Katlyn Evans and I serve on staff overseeing children's ministry at the Harmony Location. I have been coming to Root River since 2017 and joined the staff team in 2022.
