Matthew 25:40 The King will reply, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me”
Purpose: To provide the church body of RRCC communication about and offer opportunities to become the hands and feet of Jesus, showing His love to all people: locally, nationally and globally
Description: We want to seek God’s will and to be open to what he is doing, and join Him in His work, using the different gift’s we have been given, to further His kingdom. Through this obedience we want to: make disciples of all nations, help the least of these and love our neighbors as ourselves.
We will do this through:
1) Support the CMA Great Commission Fund
2) Support of long term missions/missionaries
3) Support, planning, and sending of short term missions/missionaries
4) Support of local one day, hands on mission experiences through “Shoestring Missions”
Join us the first Tuesday of every month for our Missions Committee meeting 6:30 at RRCC
All are welcome!

Ambassadors For Christ
2 Cor. 5:20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
This month, I would like to highlight Winona’s Chi Alpha ministry. It is one of the ministries RRCC partners with on a monthly basis. This is a worldwide ministry that reaches out to the college students through college students. I would like to share a testimony from the last newsletter showing the power of God through this ministry. Here is an excerpt from the Chi Alpha Newsletter:
“During the Homecoming football game, a group of our students met Hunter. He immediately expressed concern for his close friend, a fellow WSU student who had been missing for a week (and later was found dead). At the Acoustic Concert, he had been drinking but came into the concert and a few of the guys prayed for him. He was overwhelmed by the love of God and accepted Christ two weeks later at Chi Alpha. He has been bringing tons of friends since then!”
On February 26, Pastor Steph Peterson, director of Chi Alpha will be sharing with us more testimonies of what God is doing at WSU through His ambassadors. This is so encouraging for any parent to know that God is moving powerfully on our college campuses. His light shines into darkness!
Take time after the service to talk with Steph and her students and learn more about this awesome ministry!
Julie Loven has stepped down from our missions team, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all she has done to serve and to help wherever needed. Bev Helleland has joined our team, so, welcome aboard Bev! If you have a heart for missions and would like to learn more about what we do, please feel free to sit in on one of our meetings, held on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm at RRCC . We would love to have you join us!

For Steph and Chuck Peterson, and Chi alpha staff.- That God would give them wisdom and strength as they minister to the WSU students, and that this would be a year of great harvest!
For President Trump- for protection and wisdom to lead this nation.-Prov. 21:1
For God to send revival to His people through repentance, and awaken the souls of those who need to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Ps. 85
