Matthew 25:40 The King will reply, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me”
Purpose: To provide the church body of RRCC communication about and offer opportunities to become the hands and feet of Jesus, showing His love to all people: locally, nationally and globally
Description: We want to seek God’s will and to be open to what he is doing, and join Him in His work, using the different gift’s we have been given, to further His kingdom. Through this obedience we want to: make disciples of all nations, help the least of these and love our neighbors as ourselves.
We will do this through:
1) Support the CMA Great Commission Fund
2) Support of long term missions/missionaries
3) Support, planning, and sending of short term missions/missionaries
4) Support of local one day, hands on mission experiences through “Shoestring Missions”
Join us the first Tuesday of every month for our Missions Committee meeting 6:30 at RRCC
All are welcome!

Galatians 6:2 – Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
My heart broke as I listened to Pastor Gary from Feed My Lambs, Int’l tell how just recently, his brother-in-law Juan had been threatened by the drug cartel in Mexico. (They have threatened to kidnap him or a family member and hold for ransom until they are paid). Juan and his wife Ima, pastor 2 churches near Pastor Gary’s ministry site. 5 years ago, the cartel took family members from his other brother-in-law right from the church service. This last April I attended Easter service at Juan and Ima’s church. They love the Lord and His glory shines on their faces. I can;t imagine how anyone could want to do them any harm. Beloved, we are in a battle against the evil of this world. What would you do, if this happened to you or your family? God calls us to bear one another’s burdens. What does that look like? Gary asked that we would pray for Juan and Ima and their family. As we pray, God acts, and the heavy load they carry is lifted to the Lord. As Paul said in Philippians 1:19 For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
We were so blessed to join with Pastor Gary to do an outreach to the Mexican families in and around our community again this year. I am amazed at how God puts everything and everyone in place when He orchestrates a thing. There was a sweet Presence of the Lord at Creekside Park that evening, and I believe the Spirit of God was moving in many hearts! We enjoyed good food and fellowship after the ministry time. Thank you to all who helped in any way!
On September 15 we delivered 50 pair of shoes to KFSI studio in Rochester for “Shoes for Orphan Souls”. Again, a big thank you to all who brought shoes to help these children!
Coming up this month-
October 29-Don Wiggins will be speaking on the CMA (Christian Missionary Alliance) and the missionaries we help support through them.
2nd Cor. 2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. Friends, let’s pray!
